FAQ — Detailed Guide
Contact & Support
The 555bd customer support team provides service in both Bengali and English. Bangladeshi players can ask questions entirely in Bengali and receive answers in Bengali, so there is no need to worry about any language barrier.
555bd support is active seven days a week, 24 hours a day — that is, 24/7. Whether it is 2 AM or 5 in the morning, you can reach out via live chat or email at any time. The service does not stop on holidays either.
There are two ways to contact support. First, the site's live chat — this is the fastest method and you can speak directly with a support agent. Second, via email — write to [email protected] and the team will reply as soon as possible.
For a faster resolution, keep a few details ready in advance: the username or email address used on your account, a description of the issue and when it occurred, the transaction amount and date if it is a payment-related issue, and screenshots if needed.
Yes, absolutely. You can send an email in Bengali to [email protected]. The support team is able to read and write Bengali, so not knowing English is no problem at all. Ask your questions comfortably in your own language.
Live Dealer Games
In a live dealer game, a real person acts as the dealer, and the entire game is streamed to your screen in real time via high-definition video. You get the feel of a real casino from home. Placing bets, dealing cards, and determining results — everything happens in real time.
In live roulette, a spinning wheel contains numbers 1 to 36 and a zero. You can bet on a specific number, color (red or black), odd or even, or low or high numbers. After the dealer releases the ball, the slot where the ball lands is the winning number. If you placed the correct bet, you win.
Teen Patti is a popular three-card game from South Asia — each player receives three cards and the best hand wins. Andar Bahar is even simpler: it is a matching game where you bet on which side (Andar or Bahar) the matching card will appear.
Baccarat mainly has three betting options: Player (the player's hand wins), Banker (the dealer's hand wins), and Tie (both hands have equal points). Whoever's hand is closest to 9 wins. The game is quite popular among beginners because of its simple rules.
555bd's live tables have different limits for players at various levels. There are low-limit tables for new players where you can start with small bets, and high-limit VIP tables are also available for experienced players. To find specific limits, check the table details in the site's live casino lobby.
Account Security
An OTP (one-time password) and mobile banking PIN are entirely personal information. No organisation, including 555bd support, will ever ask for this information. If someone asks for these over the phone or in chat, it should be understood as an attempt at fraud. Sharing this information could result in your account and balance being lost in an instant.
Always look carefully at the address in your browser's address bar — the correct address is 555bd.mom. Fake sites often use a slightly different spelling (such as 555bdd, 555-bd, or bhd555). If in doubt, type the address directly or use a bookmarked link.
Change your password as soon as possible and immediately contact 555bd via live chat or at [email protected]. The support team will help review your account's activity and, if necessary, help keep it temporarily secured.
A strong password has at least 8 to 12 characters and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or simple words. Most importantly — do not use your 555bd password on any other site.
555bd uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps your personal information and transaction data secure. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties. You can read our privacy policy for more details.
BPL & International Matches
The most popular markets in cricket betting are: Match Winner (who will win), Toss Winner, Series Winner, Top Run Scorer, Top Wicket Taker, Highest Runs in an Over, and whether there will be a six off the first ball. For example, in a Bangladesh versus India match, you can bet on these markets.
If a match is incomplete due to rain or another reason and there is no official result, the bet is generally considered void and the stake is refunded. However, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, the bet may remain valid. See the terms and conditions for specific rules.
Yes, betting markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international tournament matches are available on 555bd. BPL and T20 matches are the most popular among Bangladeshi players.
In an accumulator or "acca" bet, you place bets on multiple matches at once. The odds of each bet are multiplied together to create a large combined odds total. If all bets are correct, a big win is possible, but if one is wrong, the entire bet is lost. The risk is higher, but the potential reward is also much greater.
Withdrawals
On 555bd, the withdrawal process generally takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete. The same timeframe applies for all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfers may take a bit longer.
Yes, for security reasons the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for withdrawal must be registered in your own name. Withdrawals to someone else's wallet are not permitted. This is mandatory for the protection of your funds.
Yes, winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn — but the wagering requirement must be met first. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you would need to wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000. Once the requirement is met, you can freely withdraw your bonus winnings.
Withdrawals are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. If it remains pending longer than that, let us know via live chat or at [email protected]. The support team will check the status of your transaction and resolve it quickly.
Yes. Withdrawals on 555bd are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can submit a withdrawal request after midnight or on Friday and Saturday and expect to receive it within the same timeframe (10 to 45 minutes). If there is a delay on any particular day, please inform support.
