2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

555bd supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

3.2 Minimum Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (applicable for each method)
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification or other security checks are required.

3.4 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, 555bd may request documents for identity verification. This is part of our fraud prevention and member security process. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.5 Same Method Policy

Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method. Requests to withdraw via a different method will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
  • Deposit ৳26,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

Example: receive ৳1,200 bonus → ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
  • Restrictions may apply to specific games or markets associated with a bonus offer.
  • 555bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The 555bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Members can move up to higher tiers based on their volume of play and activity.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

555bd is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are supplied by verified game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt), all of which are subject to independent auditing.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

5.3 Technical Errors

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Match Result Determination

Sports betting outcomes are based on results announced by the official sports authority. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 555bd shall be considered final.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

  • If a match or event is cancelled, the related bets will be voided and deposits returned.
  • If a match is suspended outside of the scheduled time, a decision will be made based on the circumstances.
  • 555bd reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.

11 Limitation of Liability

  • Losses caused by internet connection failure
  • Errors in third-party game software
  • Losses resulting from unauthorised account access (where this is due to the member's own negligence)
  • Financial losses arising from the user's own decisions

Any service may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons. In such cases, we will restore the service as quickly as possible.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please first contact our customer support team. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through customer support, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. The final decision of 555bd shall be considered binding in all matters.

13 Changes to Terms

555bd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

14 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal questions or disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Bangladesh legal system.

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
